Semi-annual Satisfaction Survey

Maintaining such a large community takes a tremendous effort and we owe our HOA board and many volunteers a debt of gratitude for their hard work and efforts.
With that said, there is always some room for improvement, so maybe we should have a Semi-annual Satisfaction Survey.
A survey sent out from the board to poll residents on their overall satisfaction on a few key topics, such as maintenance, landscaping, security, etc., and to solicit suggestions.
