Monthly News Letter

It would be nice if the HOA sent out a formal news letter that is published (emailed) monthly that might provide the following:
- Upcoming events (picnic, etc)
- Personal news (so-and-so had a baby, became a grandparent)
- New homes being built, lots sold
- Budget news - upcoming planned purchases and repairs (new benches at the lake, gate repairs, etc)
- Committee news - who is on the various committees and what initiatives are they working on
- Community Watch ( stolen chairs from the club house, vandalism)
- Fun stuff - recipes, humor, holiday tips
- Note from the President
Just a thought. but I'd be interested in other opinions.
