Sewer Control Box Vandalized Empty Sewer Control Box Vandalized

Recently, the low pressure sewer system control box for a resident's grinder pump on Lake Pointe Drive was vandalized - wires ripped out and the alarm disabled. Accordiing to Lewis Helms who maintains our system, this was the first such incident. The HOA Board will review the feasibillity of locking the boxes with a set of locks with the master key held by Mr. Helms. A police report was filed re this incident. Neil Brennan
